# 2. I have only received part of my order? Where is the rest?

Here at PawWow, we rely on several suppliers to fulfil our orders, each with varying production times.

To make sure that you and your pup aren't kept waiting too long for your goodies to arrive, we prefer to ship your order as soon as one or more items are ready. So, you may find that you receive your items across several deliveries.

# 3. It's been 15 days, and I still haven't received my order. Is this normal?

Yes, this is completely normal, so please don't worry! Our suppliers are located around the world, so some items can take a little longer than others to be delivered. We have provided a tracking page where you can keep track of your order as it travels its way to you.

In most cases, your items will be delivered to you between 14 - 16 days from the date of purchase. However, others may take up to 35 days from the date of purchase.

If you have not received your item(s) within 60 days from the date of purchase, we will be more than happy to offer a refund, and you will still be able to keep the item when it does arrive.
