All our products are produced (Pawsonalised Range) and shipped by oursupplier on demand to provide the highest quality control possible for you and your furry friends.

For approximate shipping times please allow:

• 2-3 weeks for USA & UK orders
• 2-3 weeks for European orders
• 3-4 weeks for Australia, Canada, and New Zealand
• Up to 16 business days for the rest of the world

Please allow 3-5 business days for production (8 during peak periods such asChristmas and holidays) for your products to be produced, packed, and shipped. It’simportant to add production time on top of shipping time.
